Even the way the quest starts feels like it's the end in a manner of speaking. Lonesome Road feels like the finale out of all of them, as the stories of the ones before do seem to lead up to it. It is like a revelation of what was hinted at in DM, and it also has a bit of foreshadowing for Lonesome Road. Then Old World Blues, as it slowly pieces the story together. Especially as it is mentioned almost like a rumour, and the main antagonist of Dead Money was in OWB's location, as well as another character.

It's the kind of thing you are likely to do when short on money, and generally speaking, money isn't a problem for people later in the game.ĭead Money is next because it makes a reference to Old World Blues, and it seems like it works better with the place being hinted at before you have actually been there.

The reason is because Honest Hearts seems like the most likely to start with due to the premise being a simple caravan job. Namely Honest Hearts, Dead Money, Old World Blues and then Lonesome Road. There isn't a major difference, but I do think there is a good order for it.
